Day 29

11 days left on the VLCD, wahoo! I am down 1 pound today to 199.9. Yippee, seeing Onederland again after my cheats. I won't lie, I am terrified to venture into Phase 3, primarily because there is more freedom. I don't want to be cheating all the time, I have to stop doing that. There is a lot of stress in my life at the moment, so maybe once things settle down, round 2 will be easier. We are moving out of state, we are having to prepare our home for the market, search for rental properties, etc etc. Yikes.

So, not much else to say, except that I'm off to do some rental searching. See you tomorrow!
