My life has been a whirlwind for the past 11 days. We are preparing for a FAST move to Kansas and have been remodeling and taking care of the last minute things.
With the remodeling we had not been able to eat in our home until today, so needless to say, I stopped injecting and have been "trying" to stick to P3. Trying hasn't always been successful, but I do have to say that I have maintained my weight for the last 11 days. There was one point I was down to 197.5 but that was not my LIW. I am now at 198.3. Not shabby at all. It's not my 30 pound goal, it's not my 191 goal, but due to the circumstances I felt it best to stop and continue with P3 and P4 and start P2 again when we are settled into our new home in a new state with a new job etc. lol
I am honestly shocked that I've maintained the weight with all of the eating out and occasional poor choices (carbs, sugar). I sit here having a protein shake with coffee as we speak, feels good to be back in my kitchen. I need to plan some meals from my new book which are low GI and gluten free. Yum. Can't wait.
Well, I can't promise I'll check in every day, but I do promise the occasional updates and definitel will begin daily check-ins come time for my 2nd round of P2. Don't get bored and disappear on me, I promise to give at least 1 update weekly. Next Friday is our move, so expect 1-2 between now and then.
