Antibiotics

Good morning, I hate to report that I weighed in at 207.2 this morning after being "off" protocol this weekend after the Dr. put me on antibiotics on Friday. It had been hard to stick to the protocol with the mucousy stomach issue and then add antibiotics to the mix.....well, I chose to go off for the weekend. I'm going to give it my earnest effort to stick to it today, however. We'll see how my stomach does, I may need to get some acidophilous or something to help. I have a very sensitive stomach when it comes to antibiotics as it is, but add a diet with very little carbs and high in hard to digest veggies, and I will admit that part worries me. We'll give it a go, however. I have half a mind to start at day 1, but I think we'll just keep on going.
