Down .3 today, but still pretty sick. Probably off to the Dr. at some point today. I may have said that yesterday, but it's difficult for me to WANT to go to the Dr. lol. The sinus infection has spread to my eye now, so I don't think I have any other choice. It is also tremendously difficult to stick to the plan with a tummy full of mucous. Yesterday I did well until the evening, today I'm already feeling sick so I'm going to halt the plan again here on day 7 until I am well enough to eat what I'm supposed to without gaining. I may hover around this spot, and hopefully be back at in in a couple of days max.
