Round 2 VLCD Day 14....moving along...

Good Morning, down .5 today to 194.9. I did well all day yesterday until it was time to hear that Valerie (one of the girls I mentioned yesterday) didn't have long to live. I got out the Ben and Jerry's.......only 1 serving, but yet, still a serving. Thank goodness I'm still down. Valerie passed away this morning at 1:45am. She was 13 years old. My heart is still sad today so I don't have as much to say........until tomorrow......
