New Beginnings

Well this morning didn't prove to be "as" bad as I thought it would last night when I posted. I am up 3.5 to 197.2. Which makes me inclined to think that the hCG is working, because I would not normally gain that much in one day. So, I will go with it. I will give this at least a 23 day round on the sublingual, unless there is more concrete proof that this isn't working and it's in my head.

My approach and plans

• prepare meat for at least a week ahead of time
• cut up veggies for a few days
• make sure I'm taking all of my supplements
• drink enough water

So, this is the start of a new day. I will succeed. I will post tomorrow and let you know how the day went!
