Good morning, well I feel refreshed and back on track again. Down 4.3 pounds to 210.5. Not to shabby to make up for a weeks worth of mess-ups in nearly 1 day. I'm feeling great. I'm taking a variety of supplements during this protocol that seem to be great additions to the protocol.

B complex (metabolism booster, mood booster)
Tonalin CLA (fat loss, muscle retention)
Calcium (self-explanatory)
Life Caps (the survivalist vitamin, to help with hunger and ensure nutrients)
