Good Morning! Down 1.1 to 200.7. Another inch off of my waist as well, for a total of 4.3 inches in 27 days. Yes, that is JUST off of my waist. Amazing. I started taking digestive enzymes yesterday which made my day much easier. I wasn't ravenously hungry yesterday, which is nice. I had no idea what to expect considering I'm not injecting, though I do know it takes 3 days to get the HCG out of our bodies.
With that said, not too much else to report. I will check back tomorrow and report losses. I'm praying I will get to ONDERLAND if not tomorrow then by Saturday, which is day 1 of the plan interruption. I will do 2 days of interruption and then resume Monday back on the VLCD and injections to finish out the cycle.
