Sorry I missed you yesterday, was up to 206.9. Weekends prove to be a bit more difficult. Harder to restrain myself from the foods others are enjoying. It's time for BBQ's, out to dinners with family, etc. So, I do cheat typically but not in large quantities. I try to stick with the portion sizes at least. With that said, I'm down .8 today to 206.1 and feeling good that Monday is here once again so I can stick to things better. I'm not going to beat myself up over the little cheats, I realize that I'd have lost more by now if I had chosen to stick with the plan 100%. I'm okay with that, I'm ecstatic about the results anyhow. Not only am I down 15.9 pounds, but I have lost 4 inches around my bust, 3.3 inches around my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips.......and more but I won't bore you with details.....but the total inches lost is 11.5. That's amazing. I am getting compliments from so many different people, especially those that haven't seen me in a while. This is a fantastic protocol and I absolutely love it!
I will report back tomorrow. only 4 more pounds until I hit the 20 pound mark. Still trying to get up the nerve to post pictures lol.
