Day 27

Yep, those darn parties. Still hanging around even after a successful day yesterday. A loss of .1, at least is a loss. Down to 203.8. I WILL have another successful day today on protocol. I have too much catching up to do not to stick with it. My goals for today are LOTS OF WATER and LOTS OF WATER. lol.

It's a busy day around here, Pediatrician appointment, landscaping, cleaning. No time for thinking about food anyway. In all honesty, though, I really don't think about it unless we're gathered with others surrounded by the stuff. I no longer ponder on picking up a bag of cheetos and a sleeve of oreos to eat in one sitting. I don't drool at the thought of driving out for my favorite, fully-loaded, coffee drink. So many things have become routine (unless it's messed up with a party of course) that I just do the same things. The things that work. I think I'll try shrimp today for lunch, it's very low in fat and hopefully will boost things. Fish works really well for boosting my losses. Not entirely sure why that is, but if it works......
